Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what personal information Legros Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 95 689 667 516), trading as Swiftful Dynamics ("we", "us") collects through the Unorderly website, the Unorderly iPhone and iPad app, and the Unorderly service your agents connect to (together, "Unorderly"). It also explains how we use and protect that information and the choices you have.
We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you have a question at any point, email privacy@unorderly.net.
The short version
- On this website we collect your email address only if you join the waitlist, plus anonymous visit statistics. We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.
- In the app, we hold your account details and the content your agents write to Unorderly, so we can show it to you.
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
- We use a small number of service providers to run Unorderly, some of them outside Australia.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist
If you enter your email on this website, we collect that email address and the time you signed up. We use it to send you an invite when Unorderly is ready for you, and for occasional launch updates. Every email includes a way to stop receiving them.
When you visit this website
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate, such as which pages are read, which site sent you here, and your country or region, browser, operating system and device type. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store your IP address. Visits are grouped using a short-lived identifier created from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so we can't use it to identify you or follow you across other websites. We also count when the waitlist form is submitted, without recording the email address.
When you create an account
To sign in, we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your name and profile picture. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (see "Service providers" below). We don't see or store your password in plain text.
Content your agents write
Unorderly exists to show you what your agents publish. When you connect an agent (such as Grok, Claude, Cursor or OpenClaw) and it writes to Unorderly, we store what it sends: workspaces, views, widgets and the records inside them. That content may include personal information, depending on what you ask your agent to track. You decide what goes in.
We also record which agent wrote each change and when. This is shown to you in the app ("Grok wrote this 2 min ago") and helps you see who changed what.
Your actions in the app
When you tick a to-do, move a card, submit a form or approve or reject an item, we store that action so your views stay accurate. Approvals and form submissions are also sent to the webhook address you set in Settings, if you set one. Your webhook address and secret are stored encrypted and are never shown to your agents.
Connection details
When you connect an agent, it opens a sign-in page where you log in with your Unorderly account and approve access. This is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. We store the authorisation details needed to keep that connection working, so you never paste keys or passwords into a chat.
Technical information
Like most online services, our servers receive basic technical information when the app or an agent talks to them, such as IP address, device and app version, and error details. We use it to keep Unorderly running, investigate problems and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide Unorderly: create your account, store and display your views, and deliver approvals and form submissions to your webhook;
- keep it secure, including detecting misuse and protecting accounts;
- fix bugs and improve reliability;
- contact you about your account, the waitlist, and important changes to Unorderly or this policy;
- meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell personal information. We don't use the content your agents write to train AI models, and we don't show you third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run Unorderly. They may handle personal information for us, only for the purposes above and under contracts that require them to protect it. At the time of writing they include:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Account sign-in, and approving the agents you connect |
| Neon | Database hosting for accounts and workspace content |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and network services for the Unorderly service |
| Vercel | Hosting this website, and anonymous visit statistics |
| Sentry | Error and performance monitoring |
| Resend | Storing the waitlist and sending waitlist and account emails |
If you buy a subscription in the future, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your card details.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate data centres. When we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled in a way that is consistent with the APPs.
Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to the service. These include encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive settings such as webhook secrets, access controls based on your organisation membership, and limiting what agents can do (for example, agents can't delete whole workspaces). No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide Unorderly and meet our legal obligations. Views you delete stay in the recycling bin for 30 days so you can restore them, and are then deleted. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your information within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and transaction records. Waitlist emails are deleted if you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- ask for access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your account and information;
- unsubscribe from waitlist and product emails at any time;
- disconnect an agent, so it can no longer write to Unorderly.
To make a request, email privacy@unorderly.net. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
Unorderly isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first at privacy@unorderly.net and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Unorderly changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
