Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Unorderly: the website, the Unorderly iPhone and iPad app, and the Unorderly service your agents connect to. Unorderly is provided by Legros Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 95 689 667 516), trading as Swiftful Dynamics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Unorderly, you agree to these terms. If you're using Unorderly for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. What Unorderly is

Unorderly lets AI agents you choose (such as Grok, Claude, Cursor or OpenClaw) publish dashboards, which you view and act on in the Unorderly app. Your agent connects to Unorderly using a link and a one-time sign-in, then writes workspaces, views and records. You can read them, tick to-dos, move cards, and approve or reject items. Approvals and form submissions are sent to a webhook address you control, if you set one.

Unorderly is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed as we develop it, and some features described as "coming soon" may not arrive in the form described.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Please give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly at privacy@unorderly.net if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Unorderly.

3. Your agents and the actions you take

When you connect an agent to Unorderly, you authorise it to write to your workspaces for you. You're responsible for:

• choosing which agents to connect, and disconnecting any you no longer trust;
• what you ask your agents to do, and the content they write to Unorderly;
• the decisions you make in the app, including approvals, rejections and form submissions;
• the webhook address you set and the systems that receive those decisions.

Agents are provided by other companies under their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do or for their availability. Unorderly shows what an agent has written; it doesn't check that the content is accurate, complete or current, so please verify anything important before relying on it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your agents put into Unorderly ("your content"). You give us a licence to host, store, copy, process and display your content, only as needed to run Unorderly for you and to keep it secure. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, apart from any backup copies that are removed in the normal course.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you put into Unorderly, and that storing and displaying it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. We don't use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use Unorderly to:

• break the law, or infringe other people's privacy or intellectual property;
• store content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive or that you don't have permission to hold;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or usage limits;
• interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
• resell Unorderly or offer it to others as your own service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, or to protect Unorderly, our users or others. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.

6. Plans and payments

Unorderly is free to start. Paid plans, if and when offered, will be described in the app before you buy, and in-app purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices shown on our website before launch are indicative and may change.

7. The app and Apple

If you download Unorderly from the App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent it applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for Unorderly or its support.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Unorderly available and reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, problems with our service providers, or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue parts of Unorderly. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, or if we shut Unorderly down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content where practical.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 9:

• Unorderly is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose;
• we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• we aren't liable for the actions of agents or third-party services, or for decisions made using content shown in Unorderly;
• our total liability to you for any claim related to Unorderly is limited to the amount you paid us for Unorderly in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you haven't paid anything.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Unorderly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we're required to by law. When your account is deleted, your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Unorderly after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
